Mazhar Hussain is an Electrical Engineering Intern at the Pak Everbright Development Organization (PEDO) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar. He is a technically skilled and motivated engineering student with a strong interest in electrical systems, power electronics, embedded technologies, and emerging energy solutions.

Mazhar has developed a strong technical foundation in circuit analysis, power electronics, electrical system design, and embedded systems. His academic and practical experience has strengthened his ability to analyze engineering challenges, develop technical solutions, and contribute effectively to complex projects requiring analytical thinking and attention to detail.

He has also contributed to high-impact research initiatives, including GIZ-funded projects focused on grid digitization and decarbonization. This experience has provided him with valuable exposure to modern energy technologies, sustainable power systems, and the role of digital transformation in improving the efficiency and sustainability of electrical grids.

As a dedicated and technically oriented learner, Mazhar values innovation, problem-solving, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional excellence. He is eager to further develop his engineering expertise through practical experience and collaboration with professionals working on real-world energy and technology challenges.

Through the PEDO Internship Program, Mazhar is gaining valuable industry exposure while contributing to initiatives focused on innovation, accessibility, digital transformation, and sustainable development. The internship provides him with an opportunity to apply his academic and research experience in practical environments while strengthening his professional and technical capabilities.

His long-term goal is to become a highly skilled Electrical Engineer, specializing in smart electrical systems, power electronics, embedded technologies, and sustainable energy solutions, and to contribute to innovative projects that support efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible energy systems.
